CREATING CINEMATIC PRODUCTIONS
From concept to screen we provide all aspects of production with a special emphasis on the journalistic research required for documentary films.
We also specialize in script development for feature films, television and online video marketing. We handle location scouting, interviews, project consultation, direction, script writing, camera, editing and all aspects of post production.
Recent projects have sought to visually portray a better understanding of the crucial role ranchers and agriculturists play in protecting and improving land in the American West while bridging the gap between those who work the land and the environmental interests who seek to protect it.
These projects have aired on regional PBS affiliates and earned Golden Productions 6 Telly and 6 Gold communicator awards.
Dennis Golden - Dennis has over 30 years of video production experience beginning as a principle in a Reno based advertising agency that included an in-house video production division. Dennis and his team earned a national CLIO and three silver EFFIE awards for TV commercials produced for a variety of clients. Dennis then worked as an independent producer for the Las Vegas PBS affiliate, KLVX, Ch 10. He produced, wrote, and hosted segments for Outdoor Nevada, an award winning weekly series that continues to air. He has also written and produced five award winning documentaries in the "Stewards of the Rangeland" series as well as the four part "Nevada Mining" series both distributed through the Nevada PBS.
Gabe Golden - Gabe's training in film production began at the Scottsdale Film School's production program where he wrote, directed, and acted in various short films while studying broadcasting, screenwriting, and theater. In 2000 he moved to Los Angeles and worked on numerous feature films, gathering additional experience in all aspects of production. He has authored six screenplays and has found creating documentary films to be an essential form of in-depth journalism necessary to communicate all aspects of a subject.
Inspired by his 25 year challenge with rheumatoid arthritis, Gabe is directing "Lighting The Path" a documentary on alternative medicine and has co-written and produced the award winning "Rangeland" series as well as the "Nevada Mining" series for Nevada PBS. Gabe is also consistently producing content for The Savory Institute promoting grassland and soil restoration across the globe as well as for The American Center for Biological Medicine, a world renowned healing center.
Alex Muench - Alex is the director of photography and main editor on all our projects. He has broad experience working in both television and documentary production for the Nevada PBS affiliate as well as directing, producing and editing the popular ongoing concert series "Cargo Live" for the Whitney Peak Hotel in Reno, NV.
